Fire Testing & Mock Drill Setup

Select the “Fire Testing & Mock Drill Setup” activity under the “Maintenance Masters” business component.

The “Fire Testing & Mock Drill Setup” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details:

Scheme Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the scheme for which the frequency in terms of period to be defined. Mandatory.

The system retrieves and displays the following detail:

Scheme Name

The name of the scheme.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Schedule Details” multiline:

Category	The category of the scheme.
Sub Category	The sub category of the scheme.

Enter the following details in the “Schedule Details” multiline:

Frequency

Use the drop-down list box to select the frequency in terms of period. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Weekly”, “Monthly”, “Quarterly”, “Half Yearly” and “Yearly”.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.

Click the “Save Details” button to save (create/modify) the fire testing and mock drill setup details.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Categories Master” link to define the categories master details.
Select the “Fire Testing & Mock Drill” link to record the log sheet for fire testing and mock drill details.
