Help On Mutual Fund Redemption No

This page allows you to search and select the mutual fund redemption number and transfer the same to the main page. You can initiate the search by specifying the starting and ending range of the redemption number, status, document number and redemption date. You can specify a single field or a combination of fields in the search criteria. The system retrieves corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. These details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned along the “Redemption No.” field.

The “Help On Mutual Fund Redemption No” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the header:

From Redemption No	The starting range of the redemption number from which you wish to search and retrieve the details.
To Redemption No	The ending range of the redemption number until which you wish to search and retrieve the details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the redemption status. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Authorized”, “Deleted”, “Fresh” and “Reversed”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page.
From Document No.	The starting range of the document number from which you wish to retrieve the details.
To Document No.	The ending range of the document number until which you wish to retrieve the details.
From Redemption Date	The starting date range of the redemption from which you wish to retrieve the details.
To Redemption Date	The ending date range of the redemption until which you wish to retrieve the details.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the mutual fund redemption details.

For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the permit details to the multiline using “%” operator if only a single field is specified.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Result” multiline:

Redemption No.	A unique number identifying the mutual fund redemption number.
Redemption Description	The detailed description of the mutual fund redemption.
Document No.	A unique number identifying the redemption or sale document.
Redemption Date	The date on which the redemption or sale document was created.
Redeemed Units	The total number of the mutual fund redeemed units.
Redeemed Amount	The mutual fund redeemed amount.
Fund ID	A unique number identifying the fund.
Fund ID Description	The detailed description of the fund.
Fund House	The name of the house from which the mutual fund units are being purchased
Scheme Name	The mutual fund scheme name.
Status	The status of the mutual fund redemption.
Redemption / Sale ID	A unique number identifying the mutual fund redemption or sale.
Description	The detailed description of mutual fund redemption or sale.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the redemption or sale details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the mutual fund redemption details to the main page.
