Help On Share ID

This page helps you to search and select the share id for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can search by specifying a unique number identifying the share id and the description of the share id. You can also search by specifying the status of the share. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected share id is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon next to the “Share ID” Field.

The “Help On Share ID” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Share ID	A unique number identifying the share id number by which you wish to retrieve the details.
Share ID Description	A textual description of the share id number provided by which you wish to retrieve the details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the share by which you wish to retrieve the details. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the search results:

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Share ID	A unique number identifying the share id number.
Share ID Description	A textual description of the share id number provided.
Share Name	The name of the company in which the shares are being purchased.
Share Type	The type of the share. The type can be either equity or preference.
Share Status	The status of the share.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Share ID.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
