This activity allows you to map the fixed deposits details to the bank guarantee.

The “Maintain Fixed Deposits– Bank Guarantee Mapping” page appears.

Specify Mode

Use the drop-down list box to select the mode of mapping. The combo is loaded with options FD and BG.

When the Mode is “FD”

Ref. ID No.

The reference ID of the instrument. (Alphanumeric, 70).

On entering the Ref. ID the system displays the following.

Ref ID Date

The date on which the instrument reference id has been created.

Amendment No.

The identification number of the amendment instrument document.

Instrument No.

The number identifying the instrument. (Alphanumeric, 30).

The system displays the following.

Instrument Date

The date of the instrument.

Status

Indicates the status of the instrument / reference ID transaction.

Instrument Type

The type to which the instrument belongs.

Instrument Currency

The currency in which the instrument has been created.

Instrument Amount

The amount for the instrument in instrument currency.

Maturity Date

The date on which the instrument can be realized.

Maturity Amount

The amount to be received from the instrument on maturity of instrument in instrument currency.

Interest Rate

The rate of interest which can be earned from the investments.

Party Code

The entity where the investment has been made. The party code can be a bank, post office, or a mutual fund institution.

Party Name

The name of the party.

Tenure

The duration of the bank guarantee.

FD Balance Amount

Difference between instrument amount and cumulative instrument coverage amount of the bank guarantee mapped to instruments.

Ref. ID No.

The reference ID of the bank guarantee. (Alphanumeric, 70).

On entering the Ref. ID/ BG Number, the system displays the following.

Ref. ID Date

The date on which the reference id has been created.

BG No.

The number identifying the Bank Guarantee (BG). (Alphanumeric, 30).

BG Issue Date

The date on which the bank guarantee is issued.

BG Expiry Date

The date on which the bank guarantee is expired.

BG Currency

The currency of the BG.

BG Amount

The amount for which the BG was raised.

FD Lien Amount

The FD coverage amount. (Decimal). The amount covered by the FD against the BG.

Beneficiary /Applicant Code

The code identifying the beneficiary/ applicant. Beneficiary is customer code and applicant is supplier code

Beneficiary /Applicant Name

The name of the beneficiary /applicant. Beneficiary is customer name and applicant is supplier name.

Bank Code

The bank code in which the bank guarantee has been created.

Classification

Indicates the classification of BG.

Project Code

The project code to which the bank guarantee is to be associated.

Cost Center

The cost center to which the bank guarantee is to be associated.

Responsibility

The employee responsible for maintaining the instrument details.

When the Mode is “BG”

Ref. ID No.

The reference ID of the BG (Bank Guarantee). (Alphanumeric, 70).

On entering the Ref. ID/ BG Number, the system displays the following.

Ref. ID Date

The date on which the reference id has been created.

Status

The status of the bank guarantee.

BG No.

The number identifying the BG. (Alphanumeric, 30).

On entering the BG Number, the system displays the following.

Amendment No.

The latest amendment number of the bank guarantee document.

BG Currency

The currency of the BG.

Classification

Indicates the classification of BG.

BG Issue Date

The date of issue of the BG.

BG Expiry Date

The expiry date of the BG.

Beneficiary /Applicant Code

The code identifying the beneficiary/ applicant. Beneficiary is customer code and applicant is supplier code

Beneficiary /Applicant Name

The name of the beneficiary /applicant. Beneficiary is customer name and applicant is supplier name.

Project Code

The project code to which the bank guarantee is to be associated.

Cost Center

The cost center to which the bank guarantee is to be associated.

Responsibility

The employee responsible for maintaining the instrument details

Responsibility OU

The organization unit to which the responsible employee belongs.

BG Amount

The amount for which the BG was raised.

BG Balance Amount

The different between the BG amount and the cumulative amount instruments covered against the BG.

Ref. ID No.

The reference ID of the instrument. (Alphanumeric, 70).

The interest periodicity of the instrument. (ex: yearly, quarterly, half yearly, etc)

Party Code

The Entity where the investment has been made. The party code can be a bank, post office, or a mutual fund institution.

Party Name

The name of the party.

Type

The type to which the instrument belongs.

Instrument Currency

The Currency in which the instrument has been created.
