Help On Recurring Trip Plan
This Help page allows you to search and select a Recurring Trip Plan ID and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a recurring trip plan ID by specifying the recurring trip plan details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the recurring trip plan IDs created. The selected recurring trip plan ID is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Trip Plan” field.
The “Help on Recurring Trip Plan” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a trip plan ID.
Trip Plan |
The unique code identifying the recurring trip plan. |
Trip Description |
A textual description of the recurring trip plan. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the trip plan descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the trip plan IDs irrespective of the trip plan description on the execution of “Get Details” button. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of recurring trip plan. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Plan Start Date |
The date on which the recurring trip plan started. |
Plan End Date |
The date on which the recurring trip plan ended. |
Frequency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the frequency of the recurring trip. The combo is loaded with the values as “Hours”, “Days”, “Month” and “Year”. |
Geo Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the geo type for which the trip is planned. The combo is loaded with the predefined values. |
Customer ID |
The unique ID that identifies the customer to be mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Division |
The unique code identifying the division mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Location |
The unique code identifying the location mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.
Trip Plan |
The unique code identifying the recurring trip plan. |
Trip Description |
The textual description of the recurring trip plan. |
Status |
The status of recurring trip plan. |
Plan Start Date |
The date on which the recurring trip plan started. |
Plan End Date |
The date on which the recurring trip plan ended. |
Frequency |
The frequency of the recurring trip. |
Geo Type |
The geo type for which the recurring trip is planned. |
Customer ID |
The unique ID that identifies the customer to be mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Division |
The unique code identifying the division mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Location |
The unique code identifying the location mapped to the recurring trip plan. |
Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the recurring trip plan ID in the required page.
Click the “OK” button.
