Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

This Help page allows you to search and select a schedule number and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a schedule number by specifying the schedule details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the schedule numbers created previously. The selected schedule number is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

The “Help on Schedule” page appears.

Schedule No.

The unique number identifying the schedule.

Transport Mode

Use the drop-down list box to select the transport mode of shipment. The combo is loaded with the values “Air”, “Road”, “Rail” and “Sea”.

Vessel No.

The unique code identifying the vessel number for which the resources are scheduled. You can specify this number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here.

From Port

The port from which the resource is scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Sea” and “Air”.

To Port

The port till which the resource is scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Sea” and “Air”.

Voyage No/Flight No

The unique code identifying the voyage number or flight number for which the resources are scheduled. You can specify this number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Sea” and “Air”.

From Location

The location from which the resource is scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Road”.

To Location

The location till which the resource is scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Road”.

From Terminal

The terminal from which the resource is scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Rail”.

To Terminal

The terminal till which the resource is scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Rail”.

Train No

The unique code identifying the train number for which the resources are scheduled. You can specify this number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Rail”.

Departure Date/Time

The date and time at which the resources have departed from the port.

Arrival Date/Time

The date and time at which the resources have arrived at the port.

Trip ID

The unique code identifying the trip plan for which the resources are scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here.

Division

The division code for which the resources are scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here.

Location

The location code for which the resources are scheduled. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here.

Carrier ID

The unique code identifying the carrier in which the resources are shipped or moved. You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all schedules that are similar to the value entered here.

Carrier Name

The name of the carrier in which the resources are shipped or moved.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.

Schedule No.

The unique number identifying the schedule.

Transport Mode

The transport mode of shipment.

Vessel No.

The unique code identifying the vessel number for which the resources are scheduled.

From Port

The port from which the resource is scheduled. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Sea” and “Air”.

To Port

The port till which the resource is scheduled. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Sea” and “Air”.

From Location

The location from which the resource is scheduled. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Road”.

To Location

The location till which the resource is scheduled. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Road”.

From Terminal

The terminal from which the resource is scheduled. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Rail”.

To Terminal

The terminal till which the resource is scheduled. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Rail”.

Train No

The unique code identifying the train number for which the resources are scheduled. Note: This field is visible only if the transport mode is “Rail”.

Departure Date/Time

The date and time at which the resources have departed from the port.

Arrival Date/Time

The date and time at which the resources have arrived at the port.

Trip ID

The unique code identifying the trip plan for which the resources are scheduled.

Division

The division code for which the resources are scheduled.

Location

The location code for which the resources are scheduled.

Carrier ID
