Help On Employee
This help page allows you to search and select an employee code and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for an employee code by specifying the employee details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the employee codes created. The selected employee code is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Employee” field.
The “Help on Employee” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for an Employee ID.
Employee ID |
The unique code identifying the employee. |
Employee Description |
The description of the employee. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the employee descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the employee IDs irrespective of the employee description on the execution of “Get Details” button. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the employee. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on the launch of the page. |
First Name |
The first name of the employee. |
Middle Name |
The middle name of the employee. |
Last Name |
The last name of the employee. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Phone No. |
The phone number of the employee. |
The email ID of the employee. |

Employment Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the employment type to which the employee belongs. The combo is loaded with the values from quick codes |
SSN ID No. |
The social security number or identification number of the employee. |
User |
The user name to which the employee is mapped |
Location |
The location(s) to which an employee is mapped. |
Division |
The division(s) to which an employee is mapped. |
Skill Code |
The skill(s) to which an employee is mapped. |
Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.
Employee ID |
The unique code identifying the employee. |
Employee Description |
The description of the employee. |
Status |
The status of the employee. |
First Name |
The first name of the employee. |
Middle Name |
The middle name of the employee. |
Last Name |
The last name of the employee. |
Employment Type |
The employment type to which the employee belongs. . |
SSN ID No. |
The social security number or identification number of the employee. |
User |
The user name given by the employee |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Primary Phone No. |
The primary phone number of the employee. |
Secondary Phone No. |
The secondary phone number of the employee. |
The email ID of the employee. |

The city in which the employee resides. |
State |
The state in which the employee resides. |
Country |
The country in which the employee resides. |
Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the employee ID in the required page.
Click the “OK” button.
