Help On Vehicle Group/Equipment Group

This help page allows you to search and select a Vehicle Group/Equipment Group and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a Vehicle Group/Equipment Group code by specifying the Vehicle Group/Equipment Group details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the Vehicle Group/Equipment Group codes created previously. The selected Vehicle Group/Equipment Group code is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Vehicle Group” or “Equipment Group” field.

The “Help on Vehicle Group/Equipment Group” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a Vehicle Group/Equipment Group code.

Search For	Use the drop-down list box to select the vehicle group or equipment group ID. The combo is loaded with the values “Vehicle Group” and “Equipment Group”. The system defaults the value based on the place where the help is clicked.
Group ID	The unique code identifying the Vehicle or Equipment Group.
Group Description	A short description of the vehicle or equipment group. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the vehicle or equipment group descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the vehicle or equipment group IDs irrespective of the vehicle or equipment group description on the execution of “Get Details” button.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the vehicle or equipment group. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”.

Note: The below fields are visible only if the “Search For” is “Vehicle Group”.

Vehicle ID	The ID that identifies the vehicle(s) mapped to the vehicle group.
Vehicle Name	The name of the vehicle.

Note: The below fields are visible only if the “Search For” is “Equipment Group”.

Equipment	The ID that identifies the equipment(s) mapped to the equipment group.
Equipment Name	The name of the equipment.

Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.

Group ID	The unique code identifying the vehicle or equipment group.
Group Description	A short description of the vehicle or equipment group.
Status	The status of the vehicle or equipment group.

Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the vehicle or equipment group ID in the required page.
Click the “OK” button.
