Help On Profile

This help page allows you to search and select a profile and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a profile code by specifying the profile details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the profile codes created previously. The selected profile is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Stage Profile” or “Zone Profile” or “Capacity Profile” or “Invoicing Profile” field.

The “Help on Profile” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a Stage/Zone/Capacity/Invoicing profile.

Search For	Use the drop-down list box to select the required profile. The combo is loaded with the values “Stage Profile”, “Zone Profile”, “Capacity Profile” and “Invoicing Profile”. The system defaults the value based on the place where the help is clicked.
Profile	The unique code identifying the stage or zone or capacity or invoicing profile.
Description	A short description of the profile. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the profile descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the profile codes irrespective of the profile description on the execution of “Get Details” button.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the profile. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”.
Stages	The code identifying the stage(s) mapped to the stage profile.
Storage Unit	Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the storage unit. The combo is loaded with. Unit of measurements mapped to the entity “Storage Unit”.
Customer	The name of the customer mapped to the invoicing profile. Note: This field is visible only if the Search For is Invoicing Profile.
Zone	The zone id. Note: This field is visible only if the Search For is Zone Profile.
Zone Description	The description of the zone. Note: This field is visible only if the Search For is Zone Profile.

Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.

Profile	The unique code identifying the profile.
Description	A short description of the profile.
Status	The status of the profile.
Stages	The code identifying the stage(s) mapped to the stage profile.
Zone	The zone id mapped to the zone profile. Note: This field is visible only if the Search For is Zone Profile.
Zone Description	The description of the zone. This field is visible only if the Search For is Zone Profile
Customer	The code identifying the customer mapped to the profile. Note: This field is visible only if the Search For is Invoicing Profile.
Customer Name	The name of the customer mapped to the profile. Note: This field is visible if the Search For is Invoicing Profile.

Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the required profile codes in the required page.
Click the “OK” button.
