Help On Ship Point/Pickup

This help page allows you to search and select a Ship Point/Pickup Point ID and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a Ship Point/Pickup Point ID by specifying the ship point or pickup point details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the ship point or pickup point ID created previously. The selected ship point or pickup point code is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Ship Point” or “Pickup” field.
The “Help on Ship Point/Pickup” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a Ship Point/Pickup Point code.
Search For |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether you wish to retrieve a ship point or pickup point ID. The combo is loaded with the values “Ship Point” and “Pickup Point”. The system defaults the value based on the place where the help is clicked. |
ID |
The unique code identifying the ship point or pick up point. |
Description |
A short description of the ship point or pick up point. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the ship point or pick up point descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the ship point or pick up point ID’s irrespective of the ship point or pick up description on the execution of “Get Details” button. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the shipping point or pick up point. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. |
City |
The city to which the ship point or pick up point exists.. |
State |
The state to which the ship point or pick up point exists. |
Country |
The country to which the ship point or pick up point exists. |
Postal Code |
The postal code to which the ship point or pick up point exists.. |
Phone |
The phone number of the ship point or pick up point. |
The email ID of the ship point or pick up point.. |
Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.
ID |

Status |
The status of the ship point or pick up point. |
City |
The city to which the ship point or pick up point exists. |

The state to which the ship point or pick up point exists |

Primary Phone |
The primary phone number of the ship point or pick up point. |
Secondary Phone |
The secondary phone number of the ship point or pick up point. |
The email ID of the ship point or pick up point. |

Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the ship point or pick up point ID in the required page.
Click the “OK” button.
