Help On THU

This help page allows you to search and select a THU ID and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can search for a THU ID by specifying the THU details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the THU ID’s created previously. The selected THU ID is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “THU” field.

The “Help on THU” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a location code.

THU ID	A unique ID identifying the Transport Handling Unit (THU).
THU Description	A short description of the THU. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the THU descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the THU IDs irrespective of the THU description on the execution of “Search” button.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of THU. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”.
THU Class	Use the drop-down list box to select the class of the THU. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Quick Codes”.
THU Material	Use the drop-down list box to select the material in which the THU is made. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Quick Codes”.
Vendor THU	The unique code identifying the vendor THU reference code.
Vendor ID	The unique code identifying the vendor mapped to the THU.
Vendor Name	The name of the vendor mapped to the THU.
Vendor Acc. Num.	The account number of the vendor in case the THU belongs to the vendor
Customer ID	The unique ID identifying the customer mapped to the THU.
Customer Name	The name of the customer mapped to the THU.
Equipment Group	A unique code identifying the equipment group mapped to THU.
Bulk	Select the checkbox to retrieve the UOM in bulk.

Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.

THU ID	A unique ID identifying the THU.
THU Description	The description of the THU.
THU Class	The THU class mapped against the THU ID
THU Material	The material in which the THU is made,
Status	The status of the THU.
Equipment Group	A unique code identifying the equipment group mapped to THU.
Vendor THU	The unique code identifying the vendor THU reference code.
Vendor ID	The unique code identifying the vendor mapped to the THU.
Vendor Name	The name of the vendor mapped to the THU.
Vendor Acc. Num.	The account number of the vendor.
Customer ID	The unique ID identifying the customer mapped to the THU.
Customer Name	The name of the customer mapped to the THU.

Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the THU ID in the required page.
Click the “OK” button.
