Help On VAS

This Help page allows you to search and select a VAS (Value Added Services) ID and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a VAS ID by specifying the VAS details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the VAS IDs created previously. The selected VAS ID is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “VAS” field.

The “Help on VAS” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a VAS ID.

VAS ID	The unique code identifying the VAS ID
VAS Desc.	A textual description of the VAS. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the VAS descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the VAS IDs irrespective of the VAS description on the execution of “Search” button.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of VAS. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”.
Stock Impact	Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the stock impact is fixed or during activity. The combo is loaded with the values as “Fixed” and “During Activity”.
Customer	The unique code identifying the customer to whom the VAS is mapped.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Pre Staging ID	The pre staging ID of the item.
Post Staging ID	The post staging ID of the item.
Step Desc.	The description of the Step No. identifying the steps to be followed for the VAS activity
From Item	The code identifying the input item from which the VAS is being defined
From Item Desc.	The description of the input item
To Item	The code identifying the output item for which the VAS is being defined.
To Item Desc.	The description of the output item.
Consumable Item	The code identifying the consumable item(s) with which the VAS is being defined.
Consumable Item Desc.	The description of the consumable items.

Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.

VAS ID	The unique code identifying the VAS.
VAS Description	The description of the VAS.
Status	The status of VAS.
Stock Impact	Indicates whether the stock impact is fixed or during activity.
Customer	The unique code identifying the customer to whom the VAS is mapped.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Pre Staging ID	The pre staging ID of the item
Post Staging ID	The post staging ID of the item.

Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the VAS ID in the required page.
Click the “OK” button.
