Help On Yard

This Help page allows you to search and select a Yard ID and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a Yard ID by specifying the yard details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the Yard IDs created previously for the specified search criteria. The selected Yard ID is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Yard” field.
The “Help on Yard” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a Yard ID.
Yard ID |
The unique code identifying the yard. |
Description |
A textual description of the yard. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the yard descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the yard IDs irrespective of the yard description on the execution of “Get Details” button. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of yard. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on the launch of the page. |
Yard Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of yard. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Quick Codes” activity. |
Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of parking available. The combo is loaded with the pre-defined values as. Gate, Yard. |
No. |
The unique number identifying the parking slot (Gate/Yard). |
Parking Slot Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the parking slot. The combo is loaded with the values as “Free”, “Occupied” and “Inactive”. The system displays “Free” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.

The unique code identifying the yard. |
Description |
The description of the yard. |
Status |
The status of yard. |
Yard Type |
The type of yard. |
Type |
The type of parking available (Gate/Yard) |
No. |
The unique number identifying the parking slot (Gate/ Yard) |
Parking Slot Status |
The status of the parking slot. |
Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the Yard ID in the required page.
Click the “OK” button.
