Help On Stage
This Help page allows you to search and select a stage code and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can search for a stage code by specifying the stage details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the stage codes created previously. The selected stage code is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Staging ID” field.
The “Help on Stage” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the Stages /Staging ID.
Search For |
Use the drop-down list box to select the stage. The combo is loaded with the values “Staging”, “Stage”. The system defaults the value based on the place where the help is clicked. |
Stage |
The unique code identifying the predefined stage as defined in Stage Definition. This field is visible only if the Search For is “Stage” |
Stage Description |
A textual description of the stage. You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the stage descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the stage codes irrespective of the stage description on the execution of “Search” button. This field is visible only if the Search For is “Stage”. |
Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of stage. The combo is loaded with Inbound, Outbound or Special. Note: This field is visible only if the Search For is “Stage”. |
Staging ID |
The unique code identifying the staging ID. |
Staging Description |
The description of the staging. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status. The combo is loaded with the values as “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Staging Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of stage. The combo is loaded with the values as “Staging” and “Dock”. |
From Stage |
Use the drop-down list box to select the stage from which you want to retrieve the staging ID. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Stage Definition” activity. |
To Stage |
Use the drop-down list box to select the stage till which you want to retrieve the staging ID. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Stage Definition” activity. |
Packing Zone |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of packaging zone mapped to the stage. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Zones”. |
MHE Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of material handling equipment (MHE) mapped to a staging ID. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Equipment Group”. |
Vehicle Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of vehicle mapped to a staging id. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Vehicle Group”. |
Click the “Get Details” button to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered values.
Stage |
The code identifying the stage to be viewed. |
Stage Description |
The description of the stage. |
Type |
The type of stage. |
Staging ID |
The unique code identifying the staging id. |
Staging Description |
The description of the staging. |
Status |
The status of staging. |
Staging Type |
The type of staging. |
From Stage |
The stage(s) from which you want to retrieve the staging ID. |
To Stage |
The stage(s) till which you want to retrieve the staging ID. |
Select the required row in the multiline to transfer the stage code in the required page.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
