Help on Approval Note

This page helps you to search and select the approval note for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected approval note with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Approval Note” field.

The “Help on Approval Note” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Approval Note No From	The number identifying the approval note from which the details are to be fetched.
Approval Note No To	The number identifying the approval note until which the details are to be fetched.
Lease No/Event No	The number identifying the lease or event by which details are to be fetched.
Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme by which the details are to be fetched.
Mall Name	The name of the mall by which the details are to be fetched.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer by which details are to be fetched.
Customer Name	The name of the customer by which details are to be fetched.
Brand Code	The code identifying the brand of the customer by which details are to be fetched.
Brand Name	The name of the brand by which details are to be fetched.
Broker Code	The code identifying the broker by which details are to be fetched.
Broker Name	The name of the broker by which details are to be fetched.
Remarks	Any additional information regarding the approval note.
Shop No	The number identifying the property taken on lease by the customer by which the details are to be fetched.
Floor	The floor in which the property exists by which the details are to be fetched.
Block	The name of the block by which the details are to be fetched.
Tower	The name of the tower of the property by which the details are to be fetched.
Commencement Date From	The lease commencement date of the property from which the details are to be fetched.
Commencement Date To	The lease commencement date of the property until which the details are to be fetched.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Result” multiline.

Approval Note No	The number identifying the approval note.
Lease No	The number identifying the lease or event.
Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme.
Mall Name	The name of the mall.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Brand Code	The code identifying the brand of the customer.
Brand Name	The name of the brand.
Broker Code	The code identifying the broker who brought in the customer.
Broker Name	The code identifying the broker.
Shop No	The number identifying the property taken on lease by the customer.
Floor	The floor in which the property exists.
Block	The block to which the property belongs.
Tower	The tower to which the property belongs.
Commencement Date	The lease commencement date of the property.
Remarks	Any additional information regarding the approval note.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required approval note.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected approval note and its details to the required page.
