Rent Free Period/Working Hours

This page allows you to specify the rent free period or rent free working hours for a property on lease. You can specify the multiple date range for which the property on lease is rent free. Also you can specify the working hours for which the property on lease is rent free for a particular period.

Select the “Rent Free Period/Working Hours” link at the bottom of the “Authorize Lease” activity.

The “Rent Free Period/Working Hours” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Lease Details” group box:

Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme of the lease.
Scheme Name	The name of the lease.
Lease No	The number identifying the lease whose properties rent free period/working hours is to be specified.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer who has taken the property on lease.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.

Enter the following in the “Lease Details” group box:

Property No	Use the drop-down list box to specify the property number for which the rent free period/working hours is to be specified.
Mode	Use the drop-down list box to specify the rent free mode. The combo is loaded with the option “Working Hours”.

Enter the following in the “Rent Free Period/ Working Hours” multiline:

From Date	The date from which the property is rent free.
To Date	The date until which the property is rent free.
Working Hours	The working hours/day for which the property is rent free for the specified date range. Mandatory when the Mode is selected as “Working Hours”.

Click the “Save Details” button to save the rent free period/work hours of the property on lease.
