Reference Invoice No Details
This page allows you to view the invoice details. The due amount, received amount and the balance amount from the customer are displayed in the header. The break up of the invoice with respect to the bill type are displayed in the multiline with their respective due amount.
Click the hyperlink available in the “Reference Invoice No” column in the Retrospective Billing page.
The “Reference Invoice No Details” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box;
Reference Invoice No |
The number identifying the reference invoice of the bill generated. |
Note: This number is fetched and displayed from the “Retrospective Billing” activity.
The system displays the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Lease No |
The number identifying the lease for which the reference invoice was generated. |
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer against whom the reference invoice is generated. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Scheme Code |
The code identifying the scheme of the lease number. |
Mall Name |
The name of the mall. |
Period |
The period date range for which the reference invoice was raised |
Due Date |
The due date for the bill payment. |
Posting Date |
The posting date of the bill into the finance book. |
Bill Date |
The date of bill. |
Due Amount |
The due amount that has to be paid by the customer for the lease. |
Note: Due Amount is the sum of the Due Amount for the Bill Types specified in the multiline
Received Amount |
The amount received from the customer against the lease. |
Balance Amount |
The balance amount yet to be received from the customer. Balance Amount = Due Amount – Received Amount |
The system displays the break up of invoice details with respect to the bill type in the “Invoice Details” multiline:
