Help on Lease

This page helps you to search and select the Lease No for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected Lease No with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Lease No” field.

The “Help on Lease” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Lease No	The lease number by which the details are to be fetched.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the lease number by which the details are to be fetched.
Lease Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the lease type by which the lease details are to be fetched. The combo is loaded with options “Mall” and “Corporate”.
Document Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the document type of the lease number by which the lease details are to be fetched.
Lease Category	Use the drop-down list box to specify the lease category by which the lease details are to be fetched. The combo is loaded with the options defined for the Category – Lease Category in “Maintain Categories” activity.
Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme by which the details are to be fetched.
Scheme Name	The name of the scheme by which the details are to be fetched.
Approval Note No	The number identifying the approval note by which the details are to be fetched.
Term Sheet No	The number identifying the term sheet by which the details are to be fetched.
Agreement Date From	The start date in the range of agreement dates from which the details are to be fetched.
Agreement Date To	The end date in the range of agreement dates until which the details are to be fetched.
Expiry Date From	The start date in the range of lease expiry dates from which the details are to be fetched.
Expiry Date To	The end date in the range of lease expiry dates until which the details are to be fetched.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer by which details are to be fetched.
Customer Name	The name of the customer by which details are to be fetched.
Broker Code	The code identifying the broker by which details are to be fetched.
Broker Name	The name of the broker by which details are to be fetched.
Property No	The code identifying the property by which the lease details are to be fetched.
Group Lease No	The number identifying the group lease by which the lease details are to be fetched.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Result” multiline.

Property No	The number identifying the property.
Lease No	The code identifying the lease.
Status	The status of the lease number.
Lease Type	The type of lease.
Document Type	The document type of the lease.
Lease Category	The category to which the lease belongs.
Approval Note No	The number identifying the approval note.
Term Sheet No	The number identifying the term sheet.
Agreement Date	The lease agreement date.
Expiry Date	The expiry date of lease.
Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme.
Scheme Name	The name of the scheme.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.
Broker Code	The code identifying the broker.
Broker Name	The name of the broker.
Group Lease No	The number identifying the group lease.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required Lease No.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected Lease No and its details to the required page.
