Help on Property

This page helps you to search and select the Property No for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected Property No with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Property No” field.

The “Help on Property” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Property No	The number identifying the property by which the details are to be fetched.
Property Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the property type by which the details are to be fetched.
Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme by which the details are to be fetched.
Scheme Name	The name of the scheme by which the details are to be fetched.
Old Property No	The old number of the property by which the details are to be fetched.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the property by which the details are to be fetched.
Floor From	Use the drop-down list box to specify the floor of the property by which the details are to be fetched.
Floor To	Use the drop-down list box to select the ending range of the floor details until which you wish to search and retrieve the details.
Block	Use the drop-down list box to specify the block in which the property exists by which the details are to be fetched.
Tower	Use the drop-down list box to specify the tower to which the property belongs by which the details are to be fetched.
Cluster	Use the drop-down list box to specify the cluster to which the property belongs by which the details are to be fetched.
Parking Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the parking type by which the details are to be retrieved.
Configuration	Use the drop-down list box to select the configuration details for which the details are to be retrieved.

Click the "Search" button to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Result” multiline.

Property No	The number identifying the property.
Old Property No	The old number of the property.
Unit	The unit to which the property belongs.
Relation ID	The relation ID of the property.
Tower	The tower to which the property belongs.
Block	The block in which the property exists.
Floor	The floor in which the property exists.
Original Area	The original area of the property.
Cluster	The cluster to which the property belongs.
Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme.
Scheme Name	The name of the scheme.
Status	The status of the property.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required Property No.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected Property No and its details to the required page.
