Clause Information

This page allows you to provide the clause details of the lease.

Select the” Clause Information” link at the bottom of the “Maintain Lease” activity.

The “Clause Information” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

The system displays the following in the header:

Lease No

The lease number for which the clause details are to be maintained.

Amendment No	Use the drop-down list box to specify the amendment number of the lease.
Renewal No	Use the drop-down list box to specify the renewal number of the lease.

The system displays the following in the header:

Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme of the lease.
Mall Name	The name of the mall.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer who has taken the property on lease.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.

Note: The Lease number and its corresponding details are fetched from the “Maintain Lease” activity.

Category Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the category type of the clause. The combo is loaded from Maintain Categories for the Category – Clause Category
Details	Detailed description of the clause.
Effective From	The date from which the clause is effective.
Effective To	The date until which the clause is effective.
Basis	Use the drop-down list box to specify the basis of Clause. The combo is loaded with options “Flat”, “%”, “Area” and “Rate”.
Value	The value for clause.
Remarks	Any remarks regarding the clause.

Select the “Attach Notes” link to specify additional details regarding the clause.
