Specify Parking Information

This page allows you to specify the parking assigned to the customer. The individual parking numbers assigned to the customer will be specified. Parking information can be specified only for schemes of Type - Corporate

Select the " Specify Parking Information” link at the bottom of the “Maintain Lease” activity.

The “Specify Parking Information” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

The system displays the following in the header:

Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme of the lease.
Scheme Name	The name of the scheme.
Lease No	The lease number for which the parking details have to be specified.
Renewal No	The renewal number of the lease.
Amendment No	The amendment number of the lease.
Customer Code	The code identifying the customer who has taken the property on lease.
Customer Name	The name of the customer.

Select from the drop-down list box:

Reference Property

Use the drop-down list box to specify the property for which the parking is to be specified. It loads with the Floor – Block –Tower information defined in Specify Parking information of Scheme Master

The system displays the following in the header:

Area

The area of the property.

Enter the following in the “Property Details” multiline:

Reference Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme
Property No	The number identifying the property. The Property No. as defined in Specify Parking information of Scheme Master

The system displays the following in the “Property Details” multiline:

Parking Type	Indicates the type of parking.
Area	The area for parking.

Click the “Save Details” button to save the parking details.
