View Brokerage Details

This page allows you to view the brokerage details like first installment, final installment, incentive and broker details at a lease level.

Select the “View Brokerage Details” link at the bottom of the “View Lease” activity.

The “View Brokerage Details” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Lease Detail” group box:

Lease No	The lease number for which the brokerage details have to be viewed.
Description	The detailed description of the lease.
Status	The status of the lease number.
Amendment No	The number identifying the amendment of the lease.
Renewal No	The renewal number of the lease.
Scheme Code	The code identifying the scheme.

The system displays the following in the “First Installment details” multiline:

Basis	The basis for first installment.
Days of Rent	The days of rent specified for the first installment at a scheme level.
Factor	The factor (number of times) of rent specified for the first installment at a scheme level.
Code	The code identifying the component.
Description	The detailed description of the component.
%	The percentage of value for the first installment.
Amount	The amount for the first installment.

The system displays the following in the “Final Installment details” multiline:

Basis	The basis for final installment.
Days of Rent	The days of rent specified for the final installment at a scheme level.
Factor	The factor (number of times) of rent specified for the final installment at a scheme level.
Code	The code identifying the component.
Description	The detailed description of the component.
%	The percentage of value for the final installment.
Amount	The amount for the final installment.

The system displays the following in the “Incentive details” multiline:

Basis	The basis for incentive.
Days of Rent	The days of rent specified for the incentive at a scheme level.
Factor	The factor (number of times) of rent specified for the incentive at a scheme level.
Code	The code identifying the component.
Description	The detailed description of the component.
%	The percentage of value for the incentive.
Amount	The amount for the incentive.

The system displays the following in the “Broker details” multiline:

Broker Code	The unique code identifying the broker.
Broker Name	The name of the broker.
Basis	The basis for brokerage.
Value	The amount or value payable to the broker.
Payee Company	The code identifying the company of the payee.
Payee FB	The finance book of the payee company.
Account Code	The code identifying the account of the broker.
