This Help page allows you to search and select a formula and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the formula ID and the variable of the formula. The system retrieves all the formula details. The selected formula is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Formula ID” field.
The “Help On Formula” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Formula ID. |
A unique code identifying the formula (Character, 20). |

Variable |
The selected variable of the formula (Character, 20). |
Click the “Search” push button to retrieve the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Formula Details” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Desc. |
A textual description of the formula. |

Formula Content |
The contents of the formula. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a formula.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
