This activity allows you to create the Function Parameters. The system captures the following details:
Numbering type for task creation.
Numbering type for resource.
Ø 
Select the “Set Function Parameters” activity under “Masters”.
The “Set Function Parameters” page appears.
Ø Enter the following details in the “Set Function Parameters” group box:

Numbering Type for Task Creation |
Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type for task creation Mandatory. The options available are “Automatic” and “Manual”. |

Numbering Type for Resource |
Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type for resource Mandatory. The options available are “Automatic” and “Manual”. |

Item Category Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the item category. Mandatory. |
|
Item Account Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the item account group. Mandatory. |

Numbering Type for Item Creation |
Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type for service item creation. Mandatory. |

WorkGroup Level Access Control Enabled |
Use the drop-down list box to specify if the work group level access control is enabled or not. The combo is loaded with “Yes” and “No”. The system displays “No” by default on launch of the page. |
Ø Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the specified details.
The system displays the following in the "Data History" group box.

The user ID of the person who created the function parameter details. |

Created Date |
The date on which the function parameter details was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login user ID of the person who last modified the function parameter details. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the function parameter details was last modified. |
