Help on TBR

This page is provided to retrieve the TBR(Basis) details. This page helps you to search and select the basis for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected basis with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Basis” field.

The “Help on TBR” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Basis From	The basis from which you want to retrieve the details.
Basis To	The basis up to which you want to retrieve the details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status for which you wish to search and retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with “All”, “Authorized”, “Deleted”, “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Short Closed” and “Under Amendment”. The system displays “All” by default on launch of the page.
Effective From	The date from which you want to retrieve the details.
Effective To	The date up to which you want to retrieve the details.
Amendment	Use the drop-down list box to select the TBR amendment status for which you wish to search and retrieve the details. The combo is loaded with “All” and “Latest”. The system displays “Latest” by default on launch of the page. All – The system retrieves the amended records Latest – The system retrieves the latest amendment number.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline.

Basis	Indicates the basis no. .
Amendment No.	Indicates the basis amendment number.
Status	The status of the task base rate.
Effective From	The date from which the task base rate is effective.
Effective To	The date until which the task base rate is effective.

Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected basis details to the required page.
