Click on the lens icon positioned next to the “Cost Group” field.This page is provided to fetch the Cost Group details. The page helps you to search and select the Cost Group for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected Cost group text annotation is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click on the lens icon positioned next to the “Cost Group” field.
The “Help on Cost Group Mapping” page appears.
Enter the following details in the header:

Cost Group Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Cost group Type by which you want to retrieve the mapping details. The options displayed are Expense and Revenue. |

Cost Group From |
The Cost Group from which you want to retrieve the Cost group details. |

Cost Group To |
The Cost Group up to which you want to retrieve the Cost group details. |
|
Cost Group Desc. |
The description of the Cost Group by which you want to retrieve the Cost group details. |
Click the “Search” button to retrieve the Cost Group details according to the search criteria entered.
The system retrieves the cost group details based on the specified search criteria and display them in the multiline.

Click the “OK” button to transfer the data.
The selected cost group details are transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
