Help on Resource

This page helps you to search and select the resource for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected resource with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Resource code” field.

The “Help On Resource” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Resource Code From	The resource code from which you want to retrieve the resource details.
Resource Code To	The resource code up to which you want to retrieve the resource details.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status by which you want to retrieve the resource details. The options displayed are Active, Inactive and deleted.
Equipment/Resource Desc.	The description for Equipment/Resource.
Resource Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the resource type.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Resource Type	The type of resource.
Resource Code	A unique code for resource.
Equipment/Resource Desc	The description for Equipment/Resource.
Usage UOM	The description of the resource. (Alphanumeric, 250)
Rate Per UOM	The type of the resource.

Click the “OK” pushbutton.

The system transfers the selected resource and its details to the required page.
