Help On Milestone No

This page helps you to search and select the milestone number for transferring the details to the field where it is required. You can specify the range of milestone number, code and status. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected milestone number with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Milestone No.” field.
The “Help On Milestone No” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Milestone No. From |
The starting range of the milestone number from which you wish to retrieve the milestone details. |

Milestone No. To |
The ending range of the milestone number until which you wish to retrieve the milestone details. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the milestone status by which you wish to retrieve the milestone details. The combo is loaded with “Active” and “In active”. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page. |

Milestone Code From |
The starting range of milestone code from which you wish to retrieve the milestone number details. |
|
Milestone Code To |
The ending date range of milestone code until which you wish to retrieve the milestone number details. |
|
Milestone Description |
The detailed description of the milestone. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

A unique number identifying the milestone. |

Milestone Code |
A unique code identifying the milestone. |

Milestone Description |
The detailed description of the milestone. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required milestone number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected milestone number and its details to the required page.
