Using online help

This activity enables you to view the attribute values of the input items used in formulae. You can also view the range of qualitative, quantitative values of attributes along with their standard values for each item.

The “View Formula Input Attributes” page appears.

Formula

The code identifying the formula, whose Input Item Attribute information is to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 12). Mandatory

Version

The code identifying the version number of the formula (Alphanumeric, 10).

The system displays the following:

Description

The textual description of the formula.

Item Code

The code identifying the primary item of the Formula.

Variant

The variant of the item.

Type

The type of the item, which could be “Primary Input” or “Primary Product”.

The system displays the following in “Input Attribute Details” multiline:

Item Code

The code identifying the input item.

Variant

The variant of the item.

Description

The textual description of the item variant.

Attribute

The code identifying the attribute of the input item, which is used in the formula.

Description

The textual description of the attribute.

Type

The attribute type, which could be “Quantitative” or “Qualitative”.

Standard Qualitative Value

The standard Qualitative value of the qualitative attribute.

Maximum Quantitative Value

The maximum Quantitative value of the quantitative attribute.

Minimum Quantitative Value

The minimum Quantitative value of the quantitative attribute.

Standard Quantitative Value

The standard Quantitative value of the quantitative attribute.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the quantitative Attribute.

Scaling Attribute

The attribute to be scaled, which could be “Yes” or “No”

  • Yes - indicates that the quantity of the input item has to be scaled based on the attribute’s value during material allocation.

  • No – indicates that the quantity of the input item need not be scaled based on the attribute’s value during material allocation.

  • Blank – indicates that scaling is not applicable for  the attribute.
