Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

Using online help

This activity allows you to view the quality results that are recorded based on the request number, lab reference and the sample number. You can view the results recorded for the attributes and the analysis methods of the inspection request.

You are allowed to view the results recorded for independent as well as multiple samples that are associated with an attribute.

The “View Recorded Inspection Details” page appears.

Request Number

The code identifying the inspection request for which the quality tests recorded must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 18). Mandatory.

Sample Number

Use the drop-down list box to select the sample number indicating the number of times samples have been tested.

The system displays the following:

Type

The inspection request type, which could be “Quality Clearance” or “In Process”.

Lab Reference Number

The number assigned to the laboratory, where the samples are tested based on the “Request Number” (Alphanumeric, 18). The reference number template is defined in the “Setup QC Parameters“ page.

The system displays the following:

Test Date & Time

The date and time on which the quality test is recorded.

Origin ID

The applications based on which the inspection request is raised.

Item Code

The code identifying the item of the inspection request.

Variant

The code of the item variant.

Lot Number

The code identifying the lot, if the item is lot controlled.

Sub Lot Number

The code identifying the sub lot, if the item is sub-lot controlled.

Sample Weight

The quantity per sample.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the sample.

Identification Number

Additional remarks for the reason code, if entered at the time of request creation.

Remarks

Additional comments pertaining to quality results.

Feedback

The outcome of the quality results.

The system displays the following in the “Attribute Details” multiline:

Attribute

The code identifying the attributes associated with the inspection request.

Attribute Type

The type of the attribute, which could be “Quantitative” or “Qualitative”.

Date

The date on which the attribute value recorded.

Actual Qualitative Value

The exact qualitative value of the attribute as entered for the item variant stored in the specified lot.

Actual Quantitative Value

The exact quantitative value of the attribute as entered for the item variant stored in the specified lot.

Analysis Method

The code identifying the analysis method, which describes the procedure for carrying out inspection. This code must have been defined in the “Maintain Analysis Method for Attributes” page.

Attribute Status

The status of the attribute value, which could be “Accepted”, “Rejected” or “Ignore”.

Revised Attribute Status

The revised status of the attribute, which could be “Accepted”, “Rejected” and “Ignore”.

Attribute Description

The textual description of the attribute.

UOM

The unit of measurement of attribute. This field is applicable only for the quantitative attribute type.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The name of the user who created the inspection details.

Created Date

The date on which the inspection details were created.

Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the inspection details.

Modified Date

The date on which the inspection details ware last modified.

Select the “View Sample Results” link at the bottom of the page to view the sample results.

Select the “View Final Clearance Feedback” link at the bottom of the page, to view the feedback from “Quality” to “Production” department.

Select the “View Notes” link provided in the page to view the notes.
