Viewing Sample Results of Serial Number

This page is used to view the revised sample statuses or sample results of the serial controlled items.

Select the “View Sample Results of Serial Number” link at the bottom of the page.

The “View Sample Results of Serial Number” page appears.

The system displays the following from the previous page.

Request Number	The code identifying the inspection request.
Origin ID	The code identifying the business process from where the inspection request was received.
Status	The system displays any one of the following statuses.
	Active
	Authorized
Item Code	The code identifying the item being inspected.
Variant	The code identifying the variant of the item.
Description	The textual description of the item.
Reference Document Type	The type of reference document that is associated with the inspection request.
Reference Document Number	The number identifying the reference document associated with the request.
Reference Line Number	The number identifying the reference line associated with the request.
Lot Number	The code identifying the lot to which the item belongs, if the item is lot cum serial controlled.
Inspection Quantity	The quantity of item inspected.
UOM	The unit of measurement used to determine the quantity of item inspected.
Quantity Per Sample	The quantity specifying the sample size.
Number of Samples	The value indicating the number of samples that must be inspected
Retention Samples	The value indicating the number of samples retained for some specific reason.
Accepted Quantity	The quantity of item accepted after quality inspection.
Rejected Quantity	The quantity of item rejected after quality inspection.
Held Quantity	The quantity of item held.

The system displays the following in the “Serial Number Sample Status” multiline.

Sample Number	The unique sample number of the serial controlled item.
Serial Number	The unique serial number of the serial controlled item.
Sample Status	The status of the sample may be “Accepted” or “Rejected” or “Held” or “Ignored”.
Revised Sample Status	The system displays any one of the following revised sample statuses
	“Accepted”
	“Rejected”
	"Held"
Remarks	The remarks pertaining to the sample results of the serial number controlled item

The system displays the following below the multiline:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the feedback.
Created Date	The date when the final clearance was done.
Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the feedback.
Modified Date	The date when the final clearance feedback was last modified.
