Maintain Operational Checklist
This activity allows you to maintain the operational checklist details in bulk. You can update the checklist details which have been created across the transactions. You can search and update the operational checklist details based on the document type and the document number. If you are aware of the document type and the document number you can enter details in the Direct Entry Section and modify the checklist details with the help of the “Update Checklist Details” hyperlink.
Select the “Bulk Checklist Reporting” link from the “Quality Management” business component.
The “Maintain Operational Checklist” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Direct Entry Section” group box:
Document Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the document type for updating the checklist details of the transaction. The checklists which are enabled across the transactions are available for selection. |
Document No. |
A unique number identifying the document created in the transaction. |
Select the Update Checklist Details link to update the checklist details of the specified document.
If you are not aware of the document details, enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Document Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the document type for updating the checklist details of the transaction. The checklists which are enabled across the transactions are available for selection. |
Checklist ID |
A unique number identifying the checklist of the document. |
Checklist Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the checklist status. The combo is loaded with “Completed”, “Pending” and “All”. The system displays “Pending” by default on launch of the page. |
Document Date From |
The starting date range of the document for which you wish to update the checklist details. |
Document Date To |
The ending date range of the document until which you wish to update the checklist details. |
Document No. From |
The starting range of the document for which you wish to update the checklist details. |
Document No To |
The ending range of the document for which you wish to update the checklist details. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details in the multiline.
Document No. |
A unique number identifying the document of the transaction. |
Document Date |
The date on which the document was created. |
Document Type |
Indicates document type of the transaction. |
Amendment No. |
A unique number identifying the document amendment number. |
Checklist Status |
The checklist status. The status can be “Pending” or “Completed”. |
Checklist ID |
A unique number identifying the checklist of the transaction. |
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the checklist. |
Click the “Freeze” pushbutton to update the checklist details.
The system updates the checklist to “Completed” status.
Note: The “Freeze” pushbutton is visible only when the “Allow Bulk Confirmation of Checklists” parameter is set to “Yes” in the “Setup QC Parameters” activity.
