View Error Log
This page allows you to view the error log details of the attendance summary of the employees. The exception details are displayed in the multiline based on the search provided.
Select the “View Error Log” link at the bottom of the “Authorize Attendance Reporting” activity.
The “View Error Log” page appears.
- Clicking
this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of
the respective field.
In the header the mandatory fields are represented as bold and in the multiline the mandatory columns are either bold or displayed in a color other than black.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Run Date From |
The start date in the range of run dates from which the error log details are to be fetched. |
Run Date To |
The end date in the range of run dates until which the error log details are to be fetched. |
Run Time From |
The start time in the range of run time from which the error log details are to be fetched. |
Run Time To |
The end time in the range of run time until which the error log details are to be fetched. |
Retrieve Last Run Info |
Select the check box to retrieve the last run details. |
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer whose error log details are to be fetched. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Site ID |
The code identifying the Site whose error log details are to be fetched. |
Contract No. From |
The starting number in the range of contract numbers from which the error log details are to be fetched. |
Contract No. To |
The ending number in the range of contract numbers until which the error log details are to be fetched. |
Contract Line No |
The line number at the contract level. |
Click the “Search” button.
The system displays the following in the “Exception Details” multiline:
Contract No |
The number identifying the contract against which the exception exists. |
Contract Line No |
The line number at the contract level. |
Exception |
The details of the exception. |
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Site ID |
The code identifying the Site. |
Run Date |
The run date of the error log. |
