Creating scheme details:

The name of the scheme is generated and displayed after entering the scheme details and on clicking the maintain button. (Alphanumeric, 20). Mandatory |

Numbering Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type to generate the name of the scheme. |

Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list to select the name of the finance book. |
|
Inactivate |
Check the box if you want to inactivate the scheme. |

Land Code |
The unique code that identifies the land. |

Actual Land Area |
The actual area of the land. |
Enter the following field in the header section:

Launch Date |
The date of launch of construction. |

Construction Area |
The area of construction. |

Saleable Area |
The saleable area of the land. |

The date of commencement of construction. |

End Date |
The end date for construction. |
Click the “Maintain” button to save the scheme details.
The system saves the scheme details and generates the name of the scheme.
The following fields are displayed in the “Data History” section of the page.

Created Date |
The date on which the scheme details was created. |

Last Modified By |
The login user ID of the person who last modified the scheme details. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the scheme details was last modified. |
To modify the Scheme details
Select the “Maintain Scheme” activity under the “Real Estate” business component.
The “Maintain Scheme” page appears.
Enter the following field:

Scheme |
The name of the scheme. (Alphanumeric, 20). Mandatory |

On selecting the Scheme, the system fetches and displays the corresponding scheme details in the header and in the multiline. The user can modify the required fields.
Click the “Maintain” button to save the modified scheme details.
The system saves the modified details against the name of the scheme.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:

Created By |
The user ID of the person who created the scheme details. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the scheme details was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login user ID of the person who last modified the scheme details. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The system date on which the scheme details was last modified. |
To delete the Sanction details
Select the “Maintain Scheme” activity under the “Masters” business component.
The “Maintain Scheme” page appears.
Enter the following field:

Scheme |
The name of the scheme. (Alphanumeric, 20). Mandatory |
|

Help facility available. |
On selecting the Scheme, the system fetches and displays the corresponding scheme details in the header and in the multiline.
Click the “Delete” button to delete the scheme details.
The system deletes the sanction details once you confirm the deletion.
