Introduction

Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives also offering the solution for maintaining control and clear visibility of all aspects of the projects.  You can create a project/sub project details along with the project team and stake holder details grouped together.  A sub project can be created under the main project which acts as a parent project.  Mapping the projects with the cost center enables to track down the project profitability. The issues and risks of a project can be captured, there by enabling the project manager to device appropriate contingency/mitigation plans.  The project can be mapped with a reporting group for reporting purposes. Billable milestones can be defined for the projects for efficient tracking of revenues.  

Projects can be mapped to the cost groups ,which are in turn mapped to the account codes, serves to pool the expenses/revenues under meaningful heads for detailed level of project profitability.
