Usage Id. Details

This tab allows you to View the usage id details. The cost center combo gets loaded from the cost center details tab. On selecting the cost center, the usage id details get displayed in the multiline.
Select the Usage Id. Details tab.
The Usage Id. Details tab appears.
Enter the following details in the group box:

Cost Center |
Use the drop-down list box to select the cost center. The values defined in the cost center get populated. |
The system displays the following details in the group box:

Cost Center Desc. |
The descriptive information of the cost center selected. |
The system displays the following details in the "Usage Id. Details" multiline:

Usage Id. |
The unique id. identifying the usage. |
|
Usage Desc. |
The descriptive information of the usage. |
|
Event |
The event of the usage. |
|
Finance Book |
The finance book of the usage id. |
|
Account Code |
The account code of the usage id. |
|
Effective From |
The date from which the usage id is effective. |
|
Effective To |
The date till which the usage id is effective. |
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the Define CC Usage link at the bottom of the page to define the cost center usage.
