Project - Cost Center Mapping

This page allows you to map the project - cost center details. On entering the project code, the system retrieves the details such as project code, project name, project type, project manager, revision number, revision date, estimated project cost, etc., The usage id tab loads all the cost centers defined for the respective project code and its usage ids. If the cost center details are defined for the entered project code, then the system fetches all the cost center details like cost center code, short description, long description, etc., in the multiline.
Select the Project - Cost Center Mapping link at the bottom of Maintain Project / Sub Project page.
The Project - Cost Center Mapping page appears.
The system displays the following details in the header.

Status |
The status of the project / sub project. The status of the project can be Shortclosed, Closed, Deleted, Approved, Draft and Fresh |
Enter the following details in the "Project Details" group box:

Project Code |
The unique code identifying the project. (Alphanumeric, 70). |

Project Name |
The name of the project. |
|
Project Type |
The type of the project. |
|
Project Manager |
The name of the project manager. |
|
Revision No. |
The unique number identifying the revision number. |
|
Revision Date |
The date on which the project was revised. |

Estimated Project Cost |
The estimated project cost. |
The system displays the following details in the "Scheme Details" group box (This section will be made available only for construction projects)

The name of the scheme. (Alphanumeric, 70). Help facility available. |

Scheme Desc. |
The descriptive information of the scheme. |
|
Scheme Type |
The type of the scheme. |
|
Land Area |
The land area of the Scheme. |
|
Construction Area |
The construction area of the Scheme. |
|
Saleable Area |
The saleable are of the Scheme. |
|
Finance Book |
The finance book of the Scheme. |

The login ID of the person who created the project cost center mapping. |

The date and time on which the project cost center was mapped. |

The login ID of the person who modified the mapping details of project cost center. |

The date and time on which the project cost center mapping was modified last. |
