Project Cost Groups Mapping

Select the Project Cost Groups Mapping link under the Project Definition business component.
The Project-Cost Groups Mapping page appears.
The system displays the following details in the header:

Status |
The status of the project / sub project. The status of the project can be Fresh, Draft, Approved, Revised. |
Enter the following details in the header:

Proj. / Sub Proj. Code |
The unique code identifying the project or sub project. (Alphanumeric, 70). On press of the Enter key the system retrieves the project details according to the project code entered here. |

The system displays the following details in the header:

Proj./Sub Proj. Name |
The name of the project or subproject. |
|
Project Type |
The type of the project. |
|
Project Manager |
The name of the project manager. |
|
Revision No. |
The unique number identifying the revision number. |
|
Revision Date |
The date on which the project was revised. |
|
Estimated Project Cost |
The estimated cost of the project. |
Enter the following details in the "Cost Group Details" multiline:

Cost Group |
The name of the cost group. (Alphanumeric, 70). On press of the "Enter" key, the system retrieves the cost group description and cost group type and displays it in the multiline according to the cost group entered here. |

Cost Group Desc. |
The descriptive information of the cost group. |

Cost Group Type |
The type of the cost group. |
Click the "Map" pushbutton to map the cost group details to the particular project.
Click the "Remove Mapping" pushbutton to remove the mapping done between the particular project and the cost group.
