Maintain Project Reporting Groups

Select the Maintain Project Reporting Groups link under the Project Definition business component.
The Project-Reporting Groups Mapping page appears.
The system displays the following details in the Project Details group box:

Status |
The status of the project / sub project. The status of the project can be Fresh, Draft, Approved, Revised. |
Enter the following details in the Project Details group box:

Project Code |
The unique code identifying the project. (Alphanumeric, 70). On press of the Enter key the system retrieves the project details according to the project code entered here. |

The system displays the following details in the Project Details group box:

Project Name |
The name of the project. |
|
Project Type |
The type of the project. |
|
Project Manager |
The name of the project manager. |
|
Revision No. |
The unique number identifying the revision number. The latest revision number of the project is fetched. |
|
Revision Date |
The date on which the project was revised. |
|
Estimated Project Cost |
The estimated project cost of the project. |
Enter the following details in the "Mapped Reporting Groups" multiline:

Reporting Group |
The reporting groups which are mapped to the project. On press of the "Enter" key, the system retrieves the reporting group name. (Alphanumeric, 70). |

Reporting Group Name |
The name of the reporting group. |
Enter the following details in the "Mapped Reporting Groups" multiline:

Remarks |
Any additional information of the reporting group details, (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Click the "Maintain" pushbutton to maintain the reporting group details.
The system displays the following in the Data History group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the person who created the project-report groups mapping details. |

Created Date |
The date on which the project-report groups was mapped. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the person who modified the project-report groups mapping details lastly. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the project-report groups mapping details was modified last. |
Creating a reporting Group
User can also create reporting groups from the Add Reporting Groups section.
v User to enter a unique group code and a group name and on clicking the Add Reporting Group command button, application creates a new group which can subsequently be mapped to various projects.
