The “Maintain Source of Funds” page appears.

Mode

Use the drop-down list box to select the mode of selection. The combo is loaded with the options “Maintain” and “View”. The system displays Maintain by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following details in the “Project Details” group box.

Project Status

The status of the project.  The status of the project can be “Fresh”, “Draft”, and “Under Revision”.

Project Code

The unique code identifying the project.  On press of the “Enter” key the system retrieves the project details according to the project code entered here.

The system displays the following details in the “Project Details” group box.

Project Name

The name of the project.

Project Type

The type of the project.

Project Manager

The name of the project manager.

Revision No.

The unique number identifying the revision number.

Revision Date

The date on which the project was revised.

Project Currency

The currency in which the project is denoted.

Project Amount

The total amount allocated for the project.

Finance Book

The finance book of the project.

Estimated Project Cost

The cost estimated for the completing the project.

Total Fund Amount

The total fund amount allocated for the project.

Component Detailing

Use the drop-down list box to select the component detailing of the project. The combo is loaded with the values “Yes” or “No”. The system displays No by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following details in the “Schema Details” group box.

Scheme

The name of the scheme.

Scheme Description

The detailed description of the scheme.

Scheme Type

The type of the scheme.

Source Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of source from which the fund is allocated. The combo is loaded with the options “Internal”, “External” and “Blank”. The system displays blank by default on launch of the page.

External Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of external category. The combo is loaded with the options “Local”, “Foreign” and “Blank”. The system displays blank by default on launch of the page.

Fund Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of fund allocated for the project. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “Sukuk”, “LG”, “Bond”, “Loan” and “Grant”. The system displays blank by default on launch of the page.

Fund Currency

Use the drop-down list box to select the currency in which the fund is denoted. The combo is loaded with values of currency master. The system displays base currency by default on launch of the page.

The system displays the following details in the "Fund Information" multiline:

Line No

The name of the customer pertaining to the customer code entered.

Source Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of source from which the fund is allocated. The combo is loaded with the options “Internal”, “External” and “Blank”. The system displays blank by default on launch of the page.

External Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of external category used for fund allocation. The combo is loaded with the options “Local”, “Foreign” and “Blank”. The system displays blank by default on launch of the page.

Fund Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of fund allocated for the project. The combo is loaded with the options “Blank”, “Sukuk”, “LG”, “Bond”, “Loan” and “Grant”. The system displays blank by default on launch of the page.

Donor Code

The code identifying the donor. The entered donor code must be a valid supplier. Mandatory

 

Help facility available.

Note: If the source type is Internal, then external category, fund type, donor code must be blank, else the system throws an error message. If the source type is External, then the external category should be either “Local” or “Foreign”, else the system throws an error message.

If the external category is not blank, then the Fund type, Donor code, Fund currency and Fund Amount (Fund currency) should not be blank, else the system throws an error message.

The system displays the following details in the "Fund Information" multiline:

Donor Name

The name of the donor pertaining to the donor code entered.

Component Detailing

The component information of the project.

Fund Amount (In Fund Currency)

The total fund amount specified in fund currency.

Fund Currency

The currency in which the fund is denoted. Mandatory

Fund Amount (In Project Currency)

The total fund amount specified in project currency.

Remarks

Any remarks regarding the fund allocation information.

To proceed, carry out the following:

The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the person who created the fund allocation details.

Created Date

The date and time on which the fund allocation was mapped.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the person who modified the fund allocation details lastly.

Last Modified Date

The date and time on which the fund allocation details was modified last.
