Help on Work Area

This page helps you to search and select the work area for transferring the details to the field where it is required. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected work area with its details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Work Area” field.
The “Help On Work Area” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Work Area Code |
A unique code that identifies the work area for which you want to retrieve the project mapping details. |

Work Area Description |
The description of the work area for which you want to retrieve the project mapping details. (Alphanumeric, 250) |
|
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status as “Active” or “Inactive” to indicate the status. |

Project Code |
The code that identifies the project. |
|
Project Name |
The name of the project. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Work Area Code |
A unique code that identifies the work area for which you want to retrieve the project mapping details. |

Work Area Description |
The description of the work area for which you want to retrieve the project mapping details. (Alphanumeric, 250) |

Project Code |
The code that identifies the project. |

Project Name |
The name of the project. |
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
The system transfers the selected work area and its details to the required page.
