Resource Requirements

This tab allows you to select the task group, task, work area and define the resource that is being needed for the task for the specific work area to be completed. Other details pertaining to the resource such as resource type, usage, UOM and rate per UOM can also be specified.
Select the Resource Requirements tab.
Select the following details:

Task Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task group. The values defined in the "Task Mapping" tab get populated. |

Use the drop-down list box to select the task. The values defined in the Task Mapping tab get populated. |

WorkArea |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work area. The values defined in the Task Mapping tab get populated. |
Enter the following details in the "Resource Requirements" multiline:

Resource |
The name of the resource to be used in the task. Help facility available |
The system displays the following details in the "Resource Requirements" multiline:

Resource Name |
The name of the resource to be used in the task. |

Resource Type |
The type of the resource. |
Enter the following details in the “Resource Requirement” multiline:

Usage |
The planned usage of the resource. |
Enter the following in the “Resource Requirement” multiline.

Rate Per UOM |
The rate calculation according to per UOM basis. |
The system displays the following details in the "Resource Requirements" multiline.

Internal Resource Cost |
The internal resource cost of the task. |
Enter the following details in the “Resource Requirements” multiline:

Overhead % |
The overheads proportion of the resource. |
The system displays the following details in the "Resource Requirements" multiline:

Resource Cost |
The resource cost of the task. |

Resource Prop. Value |
The proposal value of the resource. |

Total Usage |
The total usage of the resource. |

Final Value |
The final usage value of the resource. |

Planned Usage |
The planned usage of the resource. |

Already Reported Usage |
The already reported usage details of the resource. |
Enter the following details in the “Resource Requirements” multiline:

Reporting Usage |
The number of resources usage report details. |
The system displays the following details in the "Resource Requirements" multiline.

Completion (%) |
The completion percentage of the task. |
|
Margin (%) |
Indicates the delivery line number specified in the Maintain Proposal Page. |
Note: This field is visible when the page is launched from “Proposal”.
Select the following from the “Resource Requirement” multiline.

Ownership |
Use the drop-down list box to select the ownership. The combo is loaded with “Customer”, “Self” and “Vendor”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |

Task Rate |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task rate. The combo is loaded with “Exclude” and “Include”. The system displays ‘Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the "Save" pushbutton to save the entered details.
