This activity allows you to generate the Stock Transfer Order (STO) against a project. You can search and retrieve the project to generate the STO. You can also specify the starting and ending range of the Work Break down Structure (WBS) ID to generate the STO. You can also retrieve the line level details of WBS ID and generate the STO.

The “Generate Stock Transfer Order” page appears.

From Project Code

The starting range of the project from which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

To Project Code

The ending range of the project until which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

From WBS ID

The starting range of the work break down structure ID from which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

To WBS ID

The ending range of the work break down structure ID until which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

Show Line Items

Select the check box, if you wish to retrieve the line items of the project.

The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Project Code

A unique code identifying the project for which you wish to generate the stock transfer order.

Project Name

The name of the project.

STO’s Already Raised

Indicates the STO’s count already raised for the project.

Note: Through the STO’s Already Raised hyperlink, you can launch “Specify Reference Document” activity and maintain the reference document details.

The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

STR’s Already Raised

Indicates the STR’s count already raised for the project.

WBS ID

A unique code identifying the work break structure of the project.

Task Code

A unique code identifying the task.

Item Code

A unique code identifying the item.

Variant Code

A unique code identifying the item variant.

Description

The detailed description of the item.

Total Requirement

The total requirement of the item for a project.

Note: WBS ID, Task Code, Item Code, Variant Code, Description and Total Requirement fields are visible, when the Show Line Items check box is selected.
