Using online help

This activity allows you to view the generated purchase and subcontract documents details for a particular project.

The “View Generated Documents” page appears.

*      - Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Proj./ Sub Proj. Code

A unique code identifying the project or subproject for which the generated transaction documents has to be viewed.

Proj./ Sub Proj. Name

The name of the project or subproject.

Doc. Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the document type to view the generated document details. The combo is loaded with the values as “Purchase Request”, “Purchase Order”, “Purchase Release Slip”, “Subcontract Request”, “Subcontract Order” and “Subcontract Release Slip”.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the document. The combo is loaded with the values as “All”, “Authorized”, “Cancelled”, “Deleted”, “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Hold” and “Returned”.

From WBS Line Item

The starting number range of line item from which the document details have to be retrieved.

To WBS Line Item

The ending number range of line item until which the document details have to be retrieved.

From Doc. No.

The starting number range of reference document from which the details have to be retrieved.

To Doc. No.

The ending number range of reference document until which the details have to be retrieved.

Supplier

A unique code  of the supplier.

From Date

The starting date range of reference document from which the details have to be retrieved.

To Date

The ending date range of reference document until which the details have to be retrieved.

Show WBS Line

Select the check box, to show the document details along with WBS Line Item.

The system displays the following details in the “View Subcontract Documents” multiline.

Request No. / Order No.

A unique number identifying the required purchase / subcontract document number.

Note: The control is displayed as Request No. or Order No. based on the Doc. Type combo selected.

Date

The date on which the document is made.

WBS Line Item

A unique code identifying the WBS Line item of the document.

Note: The WBS Line Item details are displayed when Show WBS Line checkbox is selected.

Supplier

A unique code identifying the supplier.

Supplier Name

The name of the supplier.

Status

The status of the document.

Order Qty

The quantities of items ordered in the particular document.

UOM

The Unit Of Measurement (UOM) of the item.

The system displays the annexure report details.

Note: The “Print Annexure” task is visible only when the Document Type is selected as “Subcontract Request” or “Subcontract Order”.
