Specify Milestone-PPR Coverage

The project is of two types billable and non-billable. If the project type is billable, the customer pays for it. For each project, various milestones are generated and the percentage of task to be specified based on the milestone. The total amount, balance amount and completion status of the milestone are to be specified. For each project, the WBS ID, task id and task code are to be assigned. You can view the total coverage of the milestone details in this page.
Select the “Specify Milestone-PPR Coverage” hyperlink in the “Report Milestone Completion” page.
The “Specify Milestone-PPR Coverage” page appears.

Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
The system displays the following details based on the previous screen information.
Tran No. |
The number identifying the transaction of the milestone. |
Tran Date |
The date on which the transaction was created. |
Status |
The status of the milestone project progress report. |
Project Code |
The unique code identifying the project. |
Project Name |
On entering the project code, the system displays the name of the project automatically. |
Milestone Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the milestone code. The combo is loaded with the milestones codes mapped to the project and are retrieved from the “Report Milestone Completion” page. |
Milestone Desc. |
The description of the milestone. |
Billing Amount |
The billing amount for the milestone. |
Enter the following details in the “Coverage Details” multiline:
PPR No. |
The unique number identifying the project progress reporting. |
PPR Line No. |
The line number of the project progress report. |
The system displays the following details in the “Coverage Details” multiline:
WBS ID |
The unique id identifying the work break structure. |
Task Code |
The code identifying the task. |
Task Desc. |
The description of the task. |
Work Area |
The unique code that work area for which you want to retrieve the project details. |
Task Group |
The group to which the task belongs. |
Work Group |
The unique code identifying the work group. |
Reported Qty. |
The quantity of reported milestone. |
Reported Value |
The value of reported milestone. |
Qty. Pending Coverage |
The quantity of the pending milestone. |
Covered Qty. |
The quantity of the covered milestone. |
Click “Save Details” button to save the milestone project progress coverage details.
