DSR Report
This page allows you to view daily schedule rate according to the search criteria(s) entered. You can generate summarized or detailed report.
Select the “DSR Report” link under the “Project Reports” business component.
The “DSR Report” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.
Select the following from the header:
Work Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work group for which you wish to generate the report. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the “Maintain Codes” activity of “Masters” component. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Report Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the report type for which you wish to generate the report. The combo is loaded with “Detailed” and “Summary”. The system displays “Summary” by default on launch of the page. |
Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to select the mode for which you wish to generate the report. The combo is loaded with “Both”, “Material” and “Resource”. The system displays “Both” by default on launch of the page. |
Enter the following details in the header:
Task Group Code From |
The starting range of the task group code from which you wish to generate the DSR report. |
Task Group Code To |
The ending range of the task group code until which you wish to generate the DSR report. |
Select the following from the header:
Basis |
Use the drop-down list box to select the basis from which you wish to generate the report. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the “Task Base Rate” activity of “Masters” component. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Enter the following in the header:
Task Code From |
The starting range of the task code from which you wish to generate the report. |
Task Code To |
The ending range of the task code until which you wish to generate the report. |
Select the following from the header:
Task Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task status for which you wish to generate the report. The combo is loaded with “Active” and “In active”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Self |
Indicates whether the report has to be generated for own materials or resource details. |
Customer |
Indicates whether the report has to be generated for customer’s materials or resource details. |
Vendor |
Indicates whether the report has to be generated for vendor’s materials or resource details. |
Click the “Print Report” pushbutton to print the daily schedule rate report.
