Basics of using Ramco Enterprise Series web page

Using Online Help

This page allows you to search and select the code and transfer the same to the main page. You can initiate the search by selecting the Sub Schedule, Component, Charge / Rebate/ Construction Group, and by specifying the starting and ending range of codes, description, type, account group and purpose of the code in the search criteria. You can specify a single field or a combination of fields in the search criteria. The system retrieves corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system retrieves blank records in the multiline. These details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.

The “Help on Code” page appears.

Sub Schedule

Select the check box to retrieve all the sub schedules applicable to the code.

Component

Select the check box to retrieve all the components applicable to the code.

Charge / Rebate

Select the check box to retrieve all the charge or rebate applicable to the code.

Construction Group

Select the check box to retrieve all the construction groups applicable to the code.

Code From

The starting range of the code from which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

Code To

The ending range of the code from which you wish to search and retrieve the details.

Description

The detailed description of the code.

Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type applicable to the code. The combo is loaded with “Non-Plan” and “Plan”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

Account Group

Use the drop-down list box to select the overheads pertaining to the code. The combo is loaded with “Expenses” and “Revenue”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

Purpose

Use the drop-down list box to select the purpose. The combo is loaded with “Leasing” and “Sales”. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page.

The system retrieves and displays the details in the “Search Result” multiline.

Code

The code identifying the overheads.

Description

The detailed description of the code.

Account Group

The account group to which the code belongs to. The account group can be “Expense” or “Revenue”.

Type

The type to which the code belongs to.

Purpose

The purpose of the code. The purpose can be “Leasing” or “Sales”.
