Authorize Product Conversion – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to authorize a product conversion. On authorization the stock in the stock maintenance is adjusted and updated accordingly from the source and the destination item stock. The disposition quantity is also accordingly updated. Primarily based on Lot controlled items, on authorization, the Lot history is updated accordingly in the source and destination item Lot. The values selected in the copy attributes impacts the copying of the attribute values from the source to the destination item. A combine rule is also used for the destination item variant attribute mapping. Copying of the attribute values is based only for the “Quantitative” and “Qualitative” attributes of the source item. This activity also allows you to view the financial information and create Lot information.
