This page allows you to view the details of the consignment register. The purpose of the report is to determine what material and in what quantity that has been bought on a consignment basis has been consumed during the period in question. This would in turn determine the amount payable to the respective supplier(s) for the given period. Grouping of records is done on the basis of Supplier Code. The Serial No field is incremented for every record in the multiline. The Consumption value is the product of unit price/lot price, as the case may be, and net consumption quantity. For each Supplier Code, all the consumption values of all items put together would be added up and displayed as the Total Consumption Value.
You can enter the code or identification number of the Consignment Register No. After supplying the register number, you can access the “View Results” push button to view the consignment register report. If you are want wish to have a report for a range of consignment registers, you can use the filter criteria. You can enter the range of the consignment register numbers, range of dates, and the supplier associated with the consignment register. After providing the values in the filter criteria, access the “View Results” pushbutton to view the report.
Select the “Print Consignment Register” link under the “Purchase Reports” business component.
The “Print Consignment Register” page appears.

The system lists all the consignment register numbers that are greater than or equal to the value entered here. |
