This page allows you to specify the quality attributes of the items mentioned in the quotation. In this page, required maximum and minimum values and the attribute’s maximum and minimum values are specified. This would help the customer to know the quality pertained details of the supplier’s item. If the customer finds all the quality attributes suitable for his requirement and for his purpose, he can accept the quotation and proceed with the transactions.
Select the “Quality Attributes” link at the bottom of the “Create Quotation” page.
The “Specify Quality Attributes” page appears.
The system displays the status of the quotation.
The system displays the following fields:

Quotation No. |
The unique number identifying the Quotation for which the schedule details are specified. |

Supplier Code |
Code or identification number of the supplier. |

Name |
Name associated with the supplier code mentioned. |
Enter the following field in the “Item Details” group box:

Line No. |
Use the drop down list box to select the line number of the quotation for which the quality attributes are specified. |
The system displays the following:

Item Code |
Code or identification number of the item. |

Variant Code |
Name or identifier associated with the item. |

Desc. |
Description stating the nature of the item. |

Item Revision No. |
Unique identification number assigned for the revisions made for the items. |

Drawing No. |
The Unique identification number given for the engineering drawing of the item. |

Drawing Revision No. |
Unique identification number given for the revisions done to item drawing. |

Attributes Values |
Use the drop down list to select the values of the attributes. The system lists “Standard” and “None”. |

Inspected By |
Use the drop down list to select “None”, “Self” or “Third Party” who will inspect the items. |

Attribute Code |
The code or identification number assigned for the attribute. |

UOM |
Unit of Measure in which the items are measured. |
Enter the following:

Reqd Max Value |
The maximum value required for the items. |

Reqd Min Value |
The minimum value required for the items. |

Reqd Standard Quantitative Value |
The required standard quantitative value of the item is specified. |

Reqd Standard Qualitative Value |
The required standard qualitative value of the attribute is specified. |

The type of the attribute is mentioned in this field. |

Attribute Max Value |
The maximum value that can be assigned for the attribute. |

Attribute Min Value |
The minimum value that can be assigned for the attribute. |

Standard Quantitative Value |
The standard quantitative value of the item is specified. |
|
Standard Qualitative Value |
The standard qualitative value of the attribute is specified. |

Trackable |
The system displays whether this quality attribute is trackable or not |
Click the “Specify Quality Attributes” pushbutton.
The system displays a success message.
The quality attribute details will be mapped to the Items.
